This is to announce that the distribution of the new UNRWA Accounts related to your schools has been finished successfully yesterday. Each head teacher now have the list of accounts related to his school in addition to the technical guide (attached) to assist on how to use and change those account passwords by their owners.



Please make sure to inform ISO with any change on the employment status of your schools staff members to take the necessary action from our side. This include,



1- Transfer from one school to another.

2- Resignation of any staff member.

3- Staff members take long leaves.

4- Newly hired staff members.

5- Change on post titles.

6- …etc.



Please don’t hesitate to contact ISO Call Center on (5809100 Ext 5199) for any needed assistant.

Important for all School Head Teachers

Dear Colleagues,



Please note that the creation of “UNRWA Network Accounts” for staff members at your schools has been finalized. A total number of (4,754) accounts were created as distributed on the four area offices & illustrated on the below graphs. Those accounts will enable all school staff members to access the various UNRWA network ICT services such as (E-Pay Slip, E-leave System, UNRWA Intranet …etc).



Those accounts will be distributed for all schools based on the below time table per each area. Please note the below,



1- Accounts were created for all staff at schools (Head Teachers, Assistant Head Teachers, Teachers, Clerks and School Attendants) with the exception of daily paid staff.



2- Each staff member will have a unique network account (Username + Password) that should preserved, known and used by the staff member Only to maintain data security and confidentiality.



3- Each school head teacher will receive an excel sheet that contains the list of accounts for his school on the official school UNRWA E-mail account as described below.



4- The school head teacher have to distribute the accounts for the related staff members in a confidential way so that each staff member knows his account information only.



5- After the staff member receives his account, he will be automatically required by the system to change this account password immediately to a new password that he only know.



6- Technical instructions and guidelines on how to use and change the account password will be sent to all head teachers along with the password list.



هام لجميع مدراء المدارس



الزملاء الأعزاء،


الرجاء ملاحظة أنه قد تم الانتهاء من مرحلة إنشاء "حسابات المستخدمين" لجميع موظفي الأونروا في المدارس الخاصة بكم. تم إنشاؤها ما مجموعه (4754) اسم مستخدم على شبكة الأونروا لجميع موظفي المدارس موزعة على مكاتب المناطق الأربعة كما هو موضح في الرسوم البيانية أدناه. سوف تمكن هذه الحسابات جميع الموظفين من الوصول إلى الخدمات الألكترونية المختلفة الخاصة بالأونروا مثل (برنامج قسيمة الراتب، برنامج الأجازات، شبكة الإنترانت الخاصة بالأونروا ... الخ).

سيتم توزيع تلك الحسابات لجميع المدارس عن طريق مدير المدرسة استنادا إلى الجدول الزمني أدناه لكل منطقة. يرجى ملاحظة ما يلي،

1- تم إنشاء حسابات لجميع العاملين في المدارس (مدراء المدارس , مساعدي مدراء المدارس ,المدرسين ,الكتبة, الأذنة) باستثناء موظفي المياومة.



2– سيكون لدى كل موظف حساب مميز على الشبكة (اسم المستخدم + كلمة المرور) التي يجب معرفتها واستخدامها والمحافظة عليها من قبل الموظف المعني فقط لضمان سرية وأمن المعلومات.


3 - سيستلم مدير كل مدرسة ملف Excel يحتوي على قائمة الحسابات الخاصة بمدرسته على بريد الأونروا الألكتروني الخاص بالمدرسة في التواريخ الموضحة في الجدول أدناه.


4 – سيتولى مدير المدرسة توزيع الحسابات الخاصة بالموظفين بأقصى درجات السرية بحيث يعرف كل موظف معلومات الحساب الخاص به فقط.


5 - بعد تلقي الموظف معلومات حسابه الخاص (اسم المستخدم + كلمة المرور)، وعند استخدام معلومات الحساب لأول مرة سيقوم النظام تلقائيا بالطلب من الموظف تغيير كلمة المرور على الفور لكلمة مرور جديدة يعرفها الموظف فقط.


6- سيتم إرسال التعليمات والمبادئ التوجيهية التقنية لشرح عملية استخدام وتغيير كلمة المرور لهذه الحسابات لجميع مدراء المدراس مع قوائم الحسابات الجديدة حسب التواريخ الموضحة في الجدول أدناه.

Dear All AEOs:



Please be informed that ISO will provide each school with a list of usernames and passwords to all education staff including HT, AHT, teachers, clerks and school attendants. The list will be send directly to the HT at the schools' email address for confidentiality reasons.



ISO will follow up on this message and send the schedule for the distribution; ISO will also provide a simple user guide with snap shots to assist all our staff. Please treat the list as "Highly Confidential", the users will be asked to change their passwords after their first login.



Computer teachers and ICT champions should hold responsibility to assist staff at the schools.
